1. Growth Product – Fixed return of 8% per annum, simple interest accrues, with a 10% bonus of the initial amount invested, on 30th September 2021. Growth interest accrues from day of investment and is calculated on a pro-rata basis.

2. Income Product – Fixed return of 8% per annum until 30th September 2021.

  • Trustees are regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission

  • Legal charge registered at the Land Registry
